Step by Step Listengine Instructions
First Click "New Listing"
Select a Lot Number. Lots will continue in numerical order and can be changed at any time. Default is 1.
Click "Capture" to access your phone's camera and take a photo.
Click "Upload" to add an image from your computer.
Take your photos (Limit of 10). Photos currently cannot be re-numbered so take them in the correct order for your needs.
The background and photos do not need to be perfect, but better photos will get you better results.
If you are only using the tool to do research or appraisal assistance, one photo can often do the job.

If you want to add information that the AI left out, or change the price. You can type or use the microphone on your phone to add the information. Don't worry about proper grammar, it can usually figure out what you want.
This can be done before or after the listing is created.
Click Re-analyze this listing when you are ready to make changes.
Here are the results of the previous suggestion. You can also manually edit the words or formatting in the title, lot number, price or description.
This information can be copied manually if you do not want to use the export feature.
You can re-suggest and re-analyze multiple times if you need to change the information in the listing. The AI will adjust the price by itself, but you can make it what you want.
When you are done with your listing(s), you can go to the table view to see your inventory, remove listings and/or download them.
Select the listings you want to download (or select all) and choose the format.
Click the bell after your download is done (larger downloads take more time).
Previous downloads are saved. Select the one that you want to send to the "Downloads" folder on your computer.
The spreadsheet and images are synced by lot number and sent to the same folder.
You can make edits in your spreadsheet and save it as the correct file type to fit the needs of your particular inventory program.
